SECURE CONNECTION
As a registered merchant with PSI, My company accepts secured payment using Visa, Mastercard AND Discover Card services. In order for my merchant service to be active on line, my merchant account manager is required to provide the highest security connection available to process your orders on line via a secure gateway. This gateway which is connected to your shopping cart, is 128 bit encrypted and you will see the LOCK on your browser lock itself when you reach the billing checkout portion of your shopping cart and purchase.

WARRANTY and USE:
All products/equipment/hardware/accessories will carry the manufacturers warranty and will be included inside the packaging when delivered.
Missouri BBQ Co. Kansas City, Has no liability or responsibility for the product warranty or its use! We will only help you with any manufacturer warranty issue or product use.

BACK ORDERED/OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We strive to provide the highest quality of service through your internet purchase
Sometimes, products are sold out and put on back order reserve status.
They will ship as soon as they are in stock
The manufacturer may substitute any product with a comparable/compatible product based on your original item purchased if needed to fill the order
Your order will be pre-paid in full when you check out. You do have the right to contact us and cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. At that time if the order has NOT shipped, I will cancel and credit your account.
Let us know by e-mail at rad2@swbell.net. You can also reply to the electronic invoice sent to your in box when you placed the order. Please do not call the manufacturer with any questions about your order. Missouri BBQ Co. is an independent company, not the manufacturer. I can do a credit and cancelation from my office as soon as you request in writing to do so. Do Not call your credit card company to do a charge back. Call or e-mail me first and I will do so asap from here if the order has not shipped.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

We stand behind the quality of our vendors and they're products.
Returned merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement within the manufacturers limited warranty time frame.
To return merchandise within 30 days, for ANY reason e-mail me at rad2@swbell.net, request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER*.
A return cannot be accepted unless you have a Return Authorization Number and is shipped PRE-Paid!
To ensure prompt processing of your return, please follow the instructions below carefully.
1. Securely repack merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.
2. Send e-mail to Rick: RETURNS.
You are responsible for all PRE-PAID RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES!

*IMPORTANT:Any merchandise/package sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
4. We recommend you ship via FedX, UPS, RPS, parcel post or the original freight company, "INSURED".
Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes.
Missouri BBQ Company or the manufacturer CANNOT be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
A Return Authorization Number is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Horizon Smoker Company
There is a manufacturer warranty against burn-out for life of the original owner.
This is limited on the recommended care suggested by the manufacturer which is provided with your product.

ORDER:
You may order any product, equipment, hardware, accessories, information and supplies using your Mastercard/Visa or Discover Credit cards.
Your CREDIT CARD will be charged the Full amount of your order when you check out and your order is processed!
Your order must be PRE-PAID IN FULL before it can ship.
If the order is being delivered to Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas or Oklahoma,
we are required to collect consumable goods state sales tax for these states and you have been charged the tax rate established in these states when you place your order.
The transfer of funds from your account to pay for your order is normally transfered in 48 to 72 hours from the time it is processed.
If by chance your order is put on back order, you will be informed by phone or e-mail. You can request a full refund at that time or keep the order "PREPAID" and reserved to ship when restocked.
The full refund will be done by company check, mailed to you, to avoid any fee's imposed by the credit card companies to process the refund electronically.

All product prices do not include shipping charges or sales tax. Shipping/Handling, Drop Ship Fee of $3.00 and Sales Tax will be added to your total when you check out, if it applies to your order.
