The Brinkmann Corp. and Horizon Smoker Co. is closed on the weekend. That simply means orders placed on friday will not reach them until mondays work day!
On most orders, In stock products ship by ground and deliver in 10 TO 15 business days once your order is processed and faxed to the manufacturer.
This is most any product less than 150 lbs.
Orders placed on friday, will be processed and sent to the manufacturer on the following monday.
IF ANY ITEM IS AN INVENTORY ISSUE AT THE WAREHOUSE, DELIVERY MAY BE DELAYED FROM 4 TO 6 WEEKS.
There is a drop ship fee for all products by the manufacturer.
All items under 150 lbs, the fee is included when you check out.
All items over 150 lbs., that ship by freight truck, the drop ship fee will be added to your order as needed.
Any accessory product can be substituted at any time with a comparable/compatible product as needed to deliver the order based on inventory status of item ordered!
